  • You’ll start by filling out an intake form so I can take a deeper dive into the “why” behind your little one’s sleep struggles. You’ll answer questions about current sleep patterns, routine, nutrition, schedule, environment, temperament, your ideal vision of sleep, any wishes/concerns you have around sleep training and a brief medical history to rule out red flags.

  • In this collaborative call, we discuss the culprits behind your little one’s current sleep patterns and what action steps are needed to ensure solid nights and naps. We optimize daytime nutrition, nap schedule, and sensory routines to support consolidated nighttime sleep. We talk through weaning sleep associations and decide on the best approach to encourage independent settling. We ensure that the independent settling approach matches your child’s temperament and aligns best with your parenting style.

  • You’ll receive an email with your little one’s Sleep Blueprint, the Feed/Sleep Journal and links to our weekly phone calls. The F/S Journal is an important tool to ensure your baby is making progress. Each day, you will log your child’s morning rise, naps, bedtime, night wakes and settling support. Through the F/S Journal, I closely monitor your child’s sleep and provide feedback/adjustments as needed. The note section allows an opportunity for daily communication.

  • The majority of families reach their goals by the end of two weeks. That being said, all babies enter the sleep training journey from a unique position and therefore not all children reach the exact same end point on day 14. For children that need additional support, families can book an additional week of log checking ($275) or 30 minute phone calls ($75).

    If you have a child who is highly regular, very adaptable and low in intensity, sleep training will be easier. But not every baby is adaptable, low intensity and regular! If you have a little one who is highly active, highly intense, less regular, persistent and sensitive, sleep training will look different. Your child may have a harder time with self regulation, be more reactive and more frustrated during the process. They might have a stronger reaction to certain sleep training methods, need more patience and more trial and error to find the optimal schedule.

    All children can learn to confidently sleep in their crib with your support and encouragement. The roadmap, settling support and timeline will not look the same for every child.
